BR2\ENGAGE · People Make It Happen.
An announcement nobody finishes reading is not communication. It is a record.
Internal campaigns, change communication, onboarding and training material for the people responsible for making thousands of others understand, believe and act.
The structural problem
Internal communication is mandatory and unread. The message goes out, the protocol is satisfied, and no behaviour changes. The company believes it communicated; the team did not receive.
It gets worse exactly when the stakes are highest — merger, restructuring, leadership change, crisis. Precisely when communication matters most, it tends to be written in a hurry, in defensive legal language, producing the opposite of the intended effect.
Why we do not compete on volume
Brazilian companies now invest 1.70% of payroll in training, down from 2.31% two years earlier, while hours per person go up. And the use of AI to produce training content jumped from 8% of companies to 69% in a single year.
Read together, those numbers say the same thing: raw material is about to become abundant and average quality is about to fall. What becomes scarce is curation, hierarchy and a standard — not more pieces.
So we work where getting it wrong is expensive: the announcement with a date attached, the convention week, the campaign that carries a leadership message.
