BR2\NOW · Always Ready.
Two in the morning on a Saturday is also production time.
NOW is not a fifth service and has no clients of its own. It is the time commitment that runs across the other four, for when the clock becomes the problem.
Six commitments
First reply within two working hours — always, including when the reply is no. Availability twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, nights, weekends and holidays included.
Scope closed before any production starts. A direction preview at the halfway point, so the route is confirmed before the finish is applied. Senior review before anything leaves.
And an honest refusal when the date is not possible, given at quoting time and never the night before. That last one is the most important of the six: an agency that promises everything and fails once loses more than one that declines clearly.
How the deadline is agreed
You receive two deadline options with two totals side by side, never one. A compressed deadline is not a penalty for being in a hurry — it is a choice between two routes, with the consequences of each explained before we start.
What changes across the bands is the operation: reordering the queue, reallocating a team, working outside business hours, or mobilising immediately with director approval. What never changes is the senior review and the written scope.
BR2 solves urgency; it does not celebrate or encourage it. If your request fits the standard timeline, the standard timeline is what we will recommend.
Next step
Received. Here is what fits, and what does not.
That is the first thing you get back — an assessment, not a protocol number.
